Shipping label will not print

Hello!  For the 1st time, after I purchase the label, the print function pops up, but the message asks me to save as PDF, not print as usual.  Even after I save as PDF, it still won't print.  I have never had this problem before.  I saw the message to save the file to my computer, but I am not sure how to do that.

Try a different browser and then try Reprinting the label from this page on eBay:  Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)

To save to your computer files are usually directed to your Documents folder and you can either crate a file for eBay labels or simply save them to Documents, they will be on the file list below all of your named Folders.

From there you can open and print the label.

Thank you so much!  It turns out that my computer somehow did not have my printer listed as default - and I was printing another label just yesterday! I appreciate your help.  Mostlymoms
