When I purchase a shipping label from EBay does it not cover up to $100.00 automatically USPS ground if an item arrives damaged?  If so why can I not claim this on the USPS website?

Yes, it includes the $100 of insurance, and you should be able to enter a claim at usps.com.

If the package was damaged, you need photos.

What error message are you getting when you start the claim?
