I've had two notices about shell bidding, and I haven't been selling for over a month. I have housemates who share my WiFi, but I can't imagine that they would ever bid on the things that I sell, and I have been away during that month of not selling. There doesn't seem to be any way to communicate to Ebay that I don't know what these notices mean and that I'm definitely conspiring with anyone over shell bids.
Can I safely ignore these notices since I'm not doing anything wrong?
