I have sold an item that offered free Local Pickup in my city. For any other purchasers, S&H was to be calculated based on their zip code. The purchaser is out of state 400+ miles from me, but was not charged the S&H. How is this even possible????
The buyer chose the local pickup option manly because it said free. You will need to talk to the buyer and then cancel the sale for problem with buyers address.
