I ordered a 3 pc comforter set ...Brand new from Macys..Received the Macys bag with tag s however the pillow shams were missing.. Contacted seller and they answered this was a brand new item... I am not disputing that , what i am disputing is that they did not have the pillow shams... This must have been a return to Macys and the pillow shams were taken out of the bag that this was packaged in.. Seller will not answer me back...I am asking for a partial credit for the missing pillow shams or that they send me pillow shams asap
