I have not received an item back from a buyer. I have asked the buyer to track the item, but they have not responded. The item says it’s been delivered but I have not received it. What do I do???

Do you ever use the app? I found that I could see the tracking # on a return in the app when I could not see it in the website.
If you still can't see the tracking #, you'll need to ask customer service to send it to you.
