This return was closed without any time for me to respond to the seller. I started the return because I am dissatisfied with the product quality. I would like a refund and I will return the item.
I did not receive any instructions from the seller regarding shipping label etc.
When I checked my messages, I learned that the return was closed with no chance of appeal.
I would like a full refund.

If ebay closed the case, you could try Paypal if that is how you paid, or your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
