Receiving fake jewlery.

I bought a necklace almost a year ago I looked at it through in the Box never looked at it again last night I looked at the necklace and it was fake German silver I purchased real sterling silver how can I return this or dispute the seller or turn in the seller. I would like my money back because the fake is a fake no matter if it's a year or five years or 30 days ago

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. At this point, you would not have recourse through eBay.

You could try your payment provider, but most require that claims be filed in six months or less.

I'm so sorry this happened.  Your eBay protection expired after 30 days of receiving the item.  You can try phoning your credit card company to see if they will handle a claim that's almost a year old.  The other alternative is filing a case in small claims court, which I believe needs to be done in the seller's location.
