Hello!
These days I got a message that my account needs to be reactivated and for that I need to contact support.
Apparently this turns out to be mission impossible for now, as it turns out eBay have no chat or call support , which is very strange.
The virtual assistant is absolutely useless and only directs me to write an email. And so far with the attempts to contact someone from the support in some normal way. I have written 5 emails so far and no one is replying, I find this attitude already absurd and insulting. Meanwhile, all my products have been taken down for no real reason, with no one contacting me to answer the questions. On top of that, all attempts to contact support have been unsuccessful. What is going on with this platform, anyone have any idea?
