Buyer didn't pay

I had someone click the buy button but never paid. I opened a case and by mistake I clicked that they did pay. They have not and now wbay wants me to mark it as shipped. How do I correct this and not get charged the fees?

Too late for that. You will now have to call ebay, explain what happened, and see if they will refund your fees.
