Has ANYONE figured out hot to get this enabled? I just was on the phone with eBay help and they don't know how it works (they will research it and get back to me). Seems that all of my selling preferences and other stuff is set correctly. All of my listings are GTC which is supposed to be the right way for that. It seems that all the Chinese listings are getting it!
