Loser opened case and ebay ruled my favor as buyer waited almost 2 months. Buyer then attempt to extort me for refund by threatening to leave Neg FB. Buyer did and claimed he gave extra time due to tracking on it. There was no tracking and ebay admits that. Also admit he attempted to extort me. Ebay policy is to AUTOMATICALLY remove feedback when whiner is ruled against. Have spoken to 6 different agents who all said this should not be there and ebay has sent 2 **bleep** letters about what I believe to be true..I CAN PROVE IT ISN'T TRUE, PROVE HE ATTEMPTED. TO EXTORT ME FOR REFUND and show ebay own policy for automatic removal. Can they be personally sued for allowing such defamation and win punitive damages?
