Lose of a Dealer- why? Need to speak to a live person. PLEASE

I asked about two items that I was interested in and all of a sudden, that dealer is no longer on my contact list.  Why? I NEED to talk to a live person.  Thanks  Jack Barron

If the seller is no longer active on eBay there's nothing eBay customer service can do it about it.
