LIES IN NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

I had a buyer lie and give me negative feedback. He even sent pics of what he received and they exactly match the auction lot pics. He got exactly what was listed. Description and pics were correct with what he received. Anyone can look at the listing and what pics buyer sent and his comments and easily see he lied. eBay denied my request for feedback removal.  This feedback is not the buyer's opinion...it is a lie.  No opinion there. So lying is not one of the reasons eBay removes feedback????

Ditch the stars in the future. Don't think the buyer is lying, just didn't take a good look at the picture and all of your stars confused them. Refund the buyer and apologize, and perhaps they'll be willing to revise their feedback.
