Does anyone know why as long as the item specifics are verified by the Authentication process it doesn't matter if the quality of the item sent is inconsistent with the image in the listing?
Also why does just having the piece pass Authentication mean there is no Buyer Protection from Item Fraud?
Used to be product misrepresentation was a real thing!
If a Seller posts an image of a Genuine Designer Product but the Buyer receives a counterfeit there is protection, right?
