Issues with Markdown Manager not working

Does anyone who is having an issue with Markdown Manager not working gotten any update on when this issue will be fixed?  I have heard this is a site-wide issue and after multiple calls with support I still have no answers or updates on what is being done or when this will be fixed.   Not being able to put items on sale is beyond frustrating, and a close second to that would be not getting any solid answers to when this will be resolved.   If anyone knows anything I would appreciate any information you may have.  Thanks!
