I was charged twice for shipping fees for no reason. I paid the first time because I needed the item shipped but now they charged me again and I don’t why and want a refund on the second charge. I’m not familiar with eBay and don’t know how to bring this to their attention. If any one could explain why I was charged twice and how I can solve this with eBay.
