How to report a buyer for cancelling bids and using a false reason

A buyer placed several bids on an one of my items, kept outbidding another interested buyer. She then contacted me and asked a question about the item, after these bids were made. A few minutes later she asked me to cancel her bids. I told her she would have to do that herself, which she did, using "Entered wrong amount" as her excuse. Very obvious she totally overbid. How do I report this to eBay? Can't really find an answer in eBay's Help & Contact Thanks!
