How do I leave feedback for a seller after the item was refunded?

I bought what the seller had listed (4 items from 1 listing), paid immediately, and a week later, the seller sends me an apology & refund, but says I requested the cancellation. I DIDN'T. There's not a button for "no, I didn't"; the order was removed from My ebay Summary (something else I didn't ask for); and even though it's in my purchase history, there's no "Leave Feedback" button for it. There used to be a way to find some other list of my orders from which I could leave feedback, but I can't find that list now. Is there still a way?
