Help letting ebay know its not my fault

Customer saying I want a refund I didn't get my package.  She has the tracking number and its saying on the usps site it was delivered to her address on the porch.  What do I do now?

It is not your responsibility if tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the buyer.

Perhaps it was stolen after delivery.
