Why would I accept or counter any offer that states "does not ship to You" ? I contacted eBay and encountered frustration with lack of logical answers such as: just buy the item and see what happens to contact the seller directly and find out why they won't ship to you. Are you kidding me. I am worried this is a promoted listing glitch and when I send offers on my items, such a ridiculous message is sent without me knowing. Thanks for advising if this has happened to you
