eBay put a hold on my payouts and did so without reaching out to me to ask me for any information they were looking for. I spoke to four agents today and none of them were able to give me the direct reason why they pay how old was put in place. My rating is over 95% as a seller. My orders up were all within the shipping guidelines that I disclosed to buyers. And I have minimal complaints in the history of my account. eBay removed many hours of work I spent posting over 150 individual sports cards. This unexpected payout hold cost me a major fee with my daycare and the financial issues are snowballing because Ebay did this to me. I don't know why. eBay sent me one email telling me what I have to do to get my account reinstated. Essentially I have to provide the tracking showing that each order has been delivered which is done anyways so I don't understand the point of this extra step.
