Ebay has refunded the buyer and the envelope is showed as delivered.

Hello all,I have had an issue with Ebay. latelyThe buyer claimed that the item wasn't received and Ebay has refunded the buyer all the money ,but after the Post Office investigation they concluded that the envelope was susscesful delivered to the buyer and is showed in the webpage as delivered.I need help in own to deal this issue with Ebay and get the money back,the buyer got the money and the item.
