Do I have to enter a bank information?

eBay says it's going to close my account because I don't have bank information on my account. I don't sell on eBay. Is there a way around this?

Buyers are not required to enter bank information. Was this a message in the eBay program (either app or website) or was it an email to your personal email account? If it was an email, it is a phishing attempt to get your information.
