Didn't receive my products

I have not recieved my products yet that were to be delivered to me by 3rd Jan 2016. I would like to get a quick solution for this. I have had ordered before too and got the same problem. This is too much. I request you to please send me my products asap unless I would be forced to file a complaint about this into the consumer court.
