Customer service outright lies to its customers

I recently had an issue with printing a shipping label were I was charged but the PDF file never appeared to print. The label cost 61 bucks so I wasn't about to repurchase and wait for a refund. I called PayPal since the fee was paid through them. Of coarse they transferred me to eBay were I was 100% guaranteed the label was voided and all funds would be back within a couple hours. Levi, c/s rep, could not provide me any transaction number. Just his word. We'll still no refund. Ever since eBay and pay pal separated there is no way to resolve issues like this. I do think a class action law suit is coming. Shame on these two entities for this carefully sculpted plan to rip off its customers.
