Cancel sale by seller

I have a buyer who has yet to pay and keeps asking questions that are set forth very clearly in the listing. I have answered the questions. Something tells me this is not a legitimate buyer and I don't want the item off the market while I deal with this buyer.

I have asked him to cancel the sale. How can I just cancel the sale since the reason doesn't fall in one of the suggested categories to justify cancellation.

Help.

On the 5th day,  following the buyer's order, you cancel the transaction for the reason "buyer didn't pay".
