Buyer Changed Address after label was printed

So I printed the label too early, the buyer finally paid after 6 days and asked to change the shipping address. I couldn't void the label. So I just cancelled the entire order. I wonder if I am able to get a refund for the original label? Or if I just eat the cost? Thank you
