I have accepted a Best Offer on a newly listed item. After ignoring my requests for payment, the buyer contacted me to say he's having trouble with his bank. Am I free to accept another Best Offer if prior to him sending payment?
You will need to wait till the fifth day and cancel the transaction for non-payment. Then you can see if any buyers are accepting Second Change Offers. If not, relist the item and ebay will notify them it is available again.
