**bleep** these holes at ebay are charging me an additional 6% bc of their arbitrary **bleep** seller performance garbage???? WTH I have 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK and somehow I'm below standard? This is allegedly due to giving refunds for out of stock when virtually everyone that has been "out of stock" has been due to ebays own automatic relisting and has numerous times relisted an item that was sold, many of which I have caught myself and removed. Even had one of their virtually useless reps tell me that "ebay doesn't have glitches." Guess that's why I gotten refunds and additional free listings huh? Sounds like ebay needs a solid class action anti-trust suit against them. Don't let ebay tell us we can't bc they can not eliminate our right to sue in the courts.
