Why don't I have a account showing up and gift card not working

Your Ebay account is the one you posted with.

You can use the gift card to pay for your Ebay purchase when you go through the Ebay checkout page:

1. Enter your shipping and payment details.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the checkout page and enter the gift card redemption code in the Add coupons field.
3. Select Apply to see your new total.
4. Check your details again and select Confirm and pay.
