Account Restriction due to INR and BBE

Hello there.

Due to eBay's latest policy change, sales restrictions were imposed on many sellers due to high INR and BBE rates on Service Metrics. I wonder if any of the sellers whose accounts were restricted were able to remove this sales restriction? Are restrictions still in effect?

How long will these restrictions last? I have asked the customer services many times, but they also do not have enough information. Some customer representatives say the restriction is permanent, while others say the restriction is temporary. My 13 years account was restricted on July 10 and I still cannot sell.

I am not aware of any policy changes.  Years ago, when I had 3 Item Not Received cases, and each buyer was refunded, my account was restricted.  At that time, I could only list 10 items per month.  As I made sales, I had to wait until the following month to list again.  When my seller metrics started improving, I became an above standard seller.
