have you already paid him? IF not you can contact ebay and report it as a fraudulent auction this is not something that should be allowed to be for sale. If you have paid him call your bank or CC company and explain that it was a fraudulent auction.

eBAY SAYS THAT IN THIS GAME..IT WILL BE A BUY IT NOW LISTING HOWEVER when you actually hity buy it now it will bring you to a mock auction listing....I believe you won't actually have to go through with the listing...hope ya didnt pay the idiot whos jumped on the poor me bus and is listing ridiculous things such as POVERTY or Imaginary friends For Sale.....Good Luck!!

You don't even have to hit BIN in order to know if it is the correct auction. As soon as you open it up, it tells you it's a winner, and then you hit BIN to process your win.

OMG, how did you accidently buy that. You are screwed. I'm not sure, but I think he can sew you for not paying because it is like signing a contract when you commit to buy something. Sorry bout that. Hope it all turns out alright.
