ANY id on hand carved 15 inch bust of woman ..asian ? african?

 any info on this  carving.......is she  africa...or  asian? or other?  one  piece of  wood.....i like the way the artist  used  the  varying  colors of  the wood  for  face   etc  any  ide of  type of  wood?......dont  have a clue of  origin  or  circa...or  value

it looks like the bottom lip is stretched so it Could be a Myanmar  (burma)  tribe,   , but with the lip stretching makes be think that , since some of the tribes do have the lip stretching, some have teeth shaped ,some stretch necks, and some do the ear thing,   ,  But to figure which one is hard,  Since allot of tribes around the world the younger people no longer practice body mutilation anymore,
