It's a beautiful brooch though I would say, not by DeLizza & Elster. I don't see elements of construction that are characteristic of D&E jewelry, and I don't believe D&E used that type of metal leaf finding.

I wouldn't expect another answer, though second opinions can be more definitive. You brooch does display good quality and beautiful artistry. I'm sure it will bring enjoyment.
