This art deco bracelet has the hallmark R and W with an anchor in the middle. Above it is the word Platin and the word before it looks like Novo but I'm not sure.

Under "Innovations" in the article, Art Deco Era Jewelry, AJU mentions that a substitute for platinum was developed in 1918. The alloy was called osmior, plator or platinor. It became a popular choice in Bijoutiers-artistes jewelry. Bijoutiers-artistes was one of the two major schools of jewelry at the time.
"Novo Platin" may be a trade name derived from "plator or platinor", used by Rodi & Weinenberger for the metal. Since it was popular, it wouldn't surprise me if some manufacturers had their own name for it. Does this sound likely to anyone?
