I'm confused as to what eBay bucks are and how you get them. I have been buying many items for several years and never got one (at least I don't think). Are you phasing them out?

Has Anyone received their ebay bucks Certificate to earn money on purchases February/March?

eBay Bucks certificates for the first quarter (Jan, Feb, Mar) should start to go out around April 3rd or so.
