Since last July, as I have just checked, to my surprise, the eBay had charged me 20% extra on my final value fee after conversion from dollars to pounds. This was not the case until June this year. Before June all invoices dind'nt have this 20%extra....

Can somebody help me find that why is eBay charging me 23.5% on final value fee?? This got me shocked, and, when I checked all my invoices, the percentage varies in between 18-24% always since last many months. Will appreciate any help. Am really fru...
