I opened case for returing because the seller sold fake item. The problem is that I returned item and tried to put the tracking number of EMS on the ebay.However, there is no option for EMS which is not recognized on the ebay. what should I do??

the buyer left inappropriate feedback on purpose.I asked the buyer to tell me why he/she did, but still no responsed.I already check other feedbacks which the buyer gave to other sellers.ALL THE SAME COMMENTS, it's is just "BAD SELLER"I can't accept ...
