Is it just me that is having a problem taking pictures now? I am on my
laptop, not cell. I am not using app either. Error message says invalid
format, but I am not doing something different from what I have been
usually doing.
My Starter Store Yearly will not start until next month.Why can't I
change the Basic Store this month to Starter Store monthly? That would
be a savings of $20.00 for me.

You're correct. I did not enter dimensions, only weight. What I meant to
post was choose "Package Dimensions and Weight" section. Dimensions can
