A buyer of my item left NEGATIVE feedback without offering me the option
to accept a return. I contacted the buyer and offered a full refund with
return shipping. Will the negative feedback be removed after this
process?
I have done what you suggested several weeks ago! Everything appears OK
BUT when I printed a shipping label today it showed my old address! I
contacted eBay and they are looking into it for me. Many thanks for your
