I purchased and received an item that is too big for my Keurig Classic coffee maker, it is a reusable pod but it's the wrong size. It does not show up in my history as receiving it therefore I can't make a return since everything is based on the item...
why can't the shipping cost estimate say "calculate" instead of a fixed amount. which should vary by buyer location?
