I don't quite understand the USPS / Fedex cooperative effortIf I have a label like this (bought through FeDex) , can I drop this shipment in a USPS bin - can I take it to the USPS counter - can I leave it for pickup in my mailbox? Thanks

My defect rate is 2.14% now and I reported the buyers repeatedly, and I have no "feedback revision" option and I found the page for it and it tells me that none of my listings are eligible for revision ... so I was wondering what I can do about this ...
