How is it that a seller can cancel a winning auction and you can't leave
feedback? Especially with a lame excuse like "it was sold yesterday"
"there was an eBay glitch". Feedback had been left for me!
For some reason I can't "watch" an auction because the button has
disappeared from the page. I'm not over my 300 watches, though it was up

After winning an auction, I've sent an international (Germany) seller
two messages to send a PayPal invoice but they haven't respondedin seven
days. What can I do? I guess I can as a last resort, leave negative
