A seller owes me a $50 refund, but he isn`t answering for 3 days now, i`ve written to ebay but they don`t respond either any advice ?

I didn`t get my item and the seller messaged that he will refund the money, 3 days have passed and he doesn`t answer my messages, I lefta negative feedback, but then changed it cuz he asked. Help please ?
