I have a buyer that has paid for his item, but sent me an email saying
he would be out of town until the end of the month and asked me to delay
shipping. I don't have a problem with that, but will it effect my
shipping time rating?
Received an email from ebay that the buyer wanted to cancel their order.
After that received an email from buyer that they didn't want to cancel
and have paid for the item. I checked paypal and it looks like they did
pay. So....who to I believe?
