Seller cancelled my order and now says she doesn't know how to process a refund. She cancelled without my knowledge or permission.
Every day there are several items that feature free shipping on daily deals but then charge a shipping fee if you order. I have called several times but your agents are unable or unwilling to do anything to correct the problem.You suck !
