How can I tell what items have been sold from my eBay store?

I have listed two items for a price, the items were purchased and paid for at a much lower incorrect price - what do I do?Wonka

I have several items not paid for that I opened a case on; I wantto relist but eBay won't let me cancel the transaction. What do I do now?Bill
