No. If the buyer is not answering to sellers messages then the buyer
must forfeit the money. Seller has his merchandise out of market and has
no fault of any kind.
I agree with you. I have seen it happen over and over again. Moderators
are guided by other than eBay Rules. Most of the time Moderators are
blaming us for the fault of eBay. Global shipping after eBay

Of course I did. Even went through resolution center and appealed it. No
avail. I will not encourage freeloading at sellers expense. I will
follow it to the end
Not only to eBay and buyer but I also printed all relevant information
for possible legal action. I am ready to make a police report and follow
through.
