I normally dont comment of this subject but i can name a few publishers
that do produce signed books with out COA such as easton press there is
also the matter of Sports Cards they come in a Pack signed and have no
COA i have seen the cases and court...
i would have to agree i have seen counterfeit books on ebay
theseFacsimile books that have all the correct points for a first
edition being sold as first firstas far a 180 days stupid the longest a
package should take is 2 weeks any were in the world...
